Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return, please log in to your account or email us.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant, make-up, and damage-free.

  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box. The shoe box must be placed inside an outer shipping box or mailer bag to prevent damage.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Options

  • For an exchange: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • For store credit: You will receive a store credit valid for 4 months.

  • For a refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Returns Process

For orders within Greece: The first return is free of charge via Elta Courier Service. Please contact us to initiate. A second return is charged at €5.00.

For International & US Orders:

  1. Request a return: Please email us to request a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  2. Ship the item: Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us using a trackable service.

  3. Return Costs: International return shipping costs, currency conversion differences, and any customs/import duties or taxes incurred for the return parcel are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please note that original shipping costs and duties paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  4. Tracking: Send us an email with your name, tracking number, and the postal service used.
