Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the United States

Due to resent changes in U.S. custom regulations and tariffs, we are temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States. This decision was made because the new rules make it difficult for us to manage the process, potentially leading to high, unexpected costs for our customers.

Changes in U.S. customs regulations ending the de minimis exemption for shipments under $800, effective August 29, 2025. 

European postal services and carriers were not given enough time to update their systems for pre-payment of duties, leading to potential for rejected packages and surprise costs for customers, but they are working with U.S. counterparts to implement a solution, and shipments will resume once the operational challenges are resolved. 

We will notify you as soon as we have a new system in place and can resume shipping to the United States. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these new regulations.
