If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, please log in to your account at account.nicethingsshop.com and submit a cancellation request. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be treated as a return.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you — or a third party you have nominated — receive the last item of your order.
Weekend/Holiday Extension: If the 14th day of this period falls on a weekend or a public holiday in Greece, your deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.

Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Free Returns (Greece): We offer a free first return for all orders within Greece via ELTA Courier. Please contact us to initiate. Any subsequent returns for the same order will be charged at €5.00.
International Returns: The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Customised or personalised items made to your specifications.
