Shipping policy
All orders are proceeded within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please consider that the delivery timing starts when your order is shipped, not placed.
Shipping in Greece:
- For orders over €100,00 we offer FREE SHIPPING within Greece via ELTA COURIER.
- For orders less than €100,00 the shipping charge is €5,00.
International Shipping:
All international orders are shipped as 1st Priority standard shipping, via ELTA Hellenic Post Services. Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.

- If your order is being shipped outside EU, you may need to pay customs duty and other import taxes, in order to receive it. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
